The village of Huta is mentioned in written sources in the 18th century. Since 1795 it was part of the Russian Empire, in 1798 the manor Huta was mentioned. The village and the manor were marked on the 1801-1845 one-turn map:

Kozak Jakow, a peasant of the landlord Orda from the estate of Guta, Kobryn district, was in the Polish rebel detachment, where he was forced to stay. After his capture he was released by the Russian authorities to return home.
In 1858 the village was included in Worocewicze volost, Kobryn district, Grodno province. Together with a part of the village Krystynowo there were 209 revision souls (state villagers).

It belonged to the Huta estate, which at that time was owned by the landowner Felicia Macewicz (Macejewicz*?).

In 1890, the Guta village community, together with the village of Krystynowo, had 324 dessiatinas of land, of which 293 were suitable. In 1905 there were 400 inhabitants in the village of Huta, 19 inhabitants in the Guta manor and 7 inhabitants in the farm (Folwark) of Huta-Margi.
From 1921 to 1939 it was a part of Poland, in Drohiczyn district, Polesie voivodeship. In 1921 in Worocewicze commune. Huta had 51 courtyards and 160 inhabitants; colony Huta - 4 courtyards and 29 inhabitants, farm (folwarek) Huta - 3 courtyards and 1- inhabitants. The village was marked on the WIG map:
Since 1939 in the BSSR, Osovetska parish, Drohiczyn district, Pinsk region. Since 15.01.1940 in Drohichy district. The village was marked on the RKKA map:
From 12.10.1940 in Osowiec village council, village and colony Huta. There were 70 yards and 360 inhabitants, there was an elementary school. A collective farm named after Molotov was established. In the Great Patriotic War 18 inhabitants of the village died, 13 did not return from the front. The village was marked on the German map kdwr:
In 1969 there were 313 inhabitants, in 1970 - 295 inhabitants, in 1995 - 55 yards and 102 inhabitants.
