The first record of Bielinek can be considered the 1st half of the 16th century. In 1546 in the description of the borders of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Crown of Poland it appears under the name Belin Second.

From 1795 it was part of the Russian Empire, in Kobryn district, Slonim district, from 1797 — Lithuanian, from 1801 — Grodno province.

In 1858 it was part of Osowiec volost, Kobryn district, the center of Belinsk village community. At that time there were 118 surveyed souls (with part of Osowiec village), state villagers.

In 1890 the village community had 486 dessiatinas of land, of which 210 were usable.

In 1905, Bielinek had 306 residents, Bielinek State Guard had 12 residents.

In 1919 the village had a functioning elementary Ukrainian school with 38 pupils, the teacher was P. Narenko. In 1926, the villagers appealed to the Polish Ministry of Education with a request to establish a Ukrainian school in the village.

From 1921 to 1939 Bielinek was located in the Osowiec Commune, Drohiczyn County, Polesie Voivodeship, Poland. In 1921 the village had 57 yards and 344 inhabitants, of whom 328 were Orthodox. Belarusians made up 90.1%, Poles — 9.9% of the population.

From 1939 it was part of the BSSR. From 04.12.1940 it was in Osowiec parish, Drohiczyn district, Pinsk region. From 12.10.1940 it belonged to Belinski village council. The village had 69 households and 325 inhabitants.

During the Great Patriotic War the village was burnt down by Nazi invaders. During the war 11 inhabitants died, 8 of them at the front.

Since 1954 Bielinek is in Brest region, since 1959 in Osowiec village council. In 1960 the village had 603 inhabitants, in 1970 — 377 inhabitants, in 1995 there were 73 yards and 208 inhabitants.
