Ludwinowo is the oldest property of one of the lines of the Orzeszko family, belonging to the Korab family since the 17th century. Administratively Ludwinow belonged to the Brest Voivodeship of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. From 1795 in the Russian Empire, from 1801 in Grodno province. In 1845 the estate was owned by Feliks Orzeszko, then the estate was owned by his son Piotr. The village is on Schubert’s map for 1826-1840:
