The village is mentioned in 1778, with five farms, part of the Drohiczyn County, with 30 residents. From 1791, it was part of the Kobrнn County, Grand Duchy of Lithuania.
From 1795, it was part of the Russian Empire, Kobrнn County, Slonim, from 1797 Lithuanian, and from 1801 Grodno Province. Our village on Schubert’s map for 1826-1840:

In 1858, in the Drohiczyn volost, Kobryn district, the village was a suburb of the town of Drphiczyn.
