In 1858 it was a village, the center of the village community in Ziolowo parish, Kobryn district, Grodno district. Within the Tretiaki estate of the landlord Osuchowski, there were 142 revision souls (state villagers). In 1890 the community had 352 tithes of land, 113 were usable. In 1905 there were 292 inhabitants.
